In this 3-hour workshop, Kirstie and Fiona will guide you to reconnect to your spine using the principles and props of Critical Alignment Yoga.
During this session we will use the various CAY props to explore softening, then stabilising the spine and back with deep postural strength, while staying connected to the heart and hara.
