Every harvest begins long before
its fruits become visible.

At some point, you sowed your first seed.
Perhaps with a decision, a quiet longing or a first small step.

Then you tended to it, nourished it and carried on – even when there was nothing to be seen yet.

Harvest time invites you to pause and look back on the past few months:

What has grown in your life?
What has sustained you and truly nourished you?
What would you like to give thanks for?
What would you like to hold on to and take with you?
And what can you let go of with gratitude?

It is a time for reflection and appreciation. Not only of what has been completed and achieved, but also of the paths, experiences and decisions that have brought you this far.

Some of these you will want to hold on to. Others may have served their purpose and can now be let go.

Letting go can also be an expression of gratitude.

Grateful reflection for what is.

RECOGNITION
What has flourished
in your life & nourished you?

GRATITUDE
For your decisions,
actions and outcomes?

RELEASING
Of what has fulfilled its purpose
& may now be released?

Between nurturing and letting go.

The harvest season combines the qualities of the EARTH AND METAL ELEMENTS.

The Earth element invites you to find your centre and to recognise what truly nourishes you, both physically and emotionally.
It stands for stability, care and the ability to absorb, appreciate and integrate your experiences.

The Metal element focuses your attention on what is essential. It helps you to distinguish more clearly:
What do you wish to preserve and carry forward into the future?
What has served its purpose and is ready to be released?

This creates space for gratitude – for what has evolved, for what has accompanied you, and also for what you now wish to consciously release.

When you realise what truly nourishes you, it also becomes clearer what you no longer need.

A week with time for yourself.

From 26 September to 3 October, you’ll be guided through regular, seasonally appropriate yoga and meditation sessions, group meetings, inspiring nutritional tips and time for personal reflection.

The schedule provides a clear framework – without overloading your week.
If you’re unable to join us live, the recordings will be available in the members’ area.

Would you like to know when the yoga sessions and our group meetings take place?
You’ll find all the dates at a glance in the weekly schedule.

After this week...

… you become more aware of what
has already flourished in your life.

… you gain a clearer understanding of what
truly nourishes and sustains you.

… you can appreciate what
was and what is.

… you can release, with gratitude,
what no longer serves you.

Not everything has to be perfect to be valuable.

Perhaps your own harvest has already arrived?

You don’t have to wait until everything is perfect or complete.
You can already recognise and appreciate what has unfolded and evolved in your life.

You are allowed to honor for what has been and what is. You are allowed to consciously choose what you wish to carry with you into the future, and what you can release in gratitude.

Pause. Soften. Be Aware.

Seva project

In Yoga, SEVA (Say-va) is a Sanskrit word for service - how can we serve others and give back to society. Through my yoga practice and teaching, I aim to give back to my childhood community in a small and meaningful way. Since I grew up in South Africa, this is where my heart lies in an attempt to empower young children in the Lidgetton community where it is often challenging to have hope and see the light. Our small Angel Ruth’s Soup Kitchen is a space where the children can go for a warm meal, as well as to a space where they know they are safe and cared for, can play freely and learn.

I offer a percentage of my teaching earnings back into this community, knowing that is is well used and goes directly to the source. To support the growing needs in the Lidgetton community, we set-up Lucky Beans e.V. in Germany in 2015. Through our charity status we are able to offer the possibility of EU citizens receiving a tax reclamation from any donation you may wish to make.
